What You’ll Do

Work with Strategic and Operations partners in Collections to identify opportunities within the team member and digital experience. Collaborate with internal employee experiences or digital customer-facing initiatives to uncover motivations, provide solutions, and remove friction so teams can use our products to get jobs done. Execute on a roadmap of innovative ideas and seamless journeys that engage customers and enable OneMain team members to interact with them. Own the execution part of the Collections Roadmap, working closely with the technology team. Dive into data and analytics to identify opportunities for future enhancements. Partner with the Operations team to shift costly interactions toward digital self-service where appropriate. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Collections Strategy to align, prioritize, and execute launches; discuss trade-offs and sequencing within the backlog. Infuse data into strategic direction, customer intent, solution creation, and hypothesis validation through experimentation. Communicate status updates, risks, dependencies, progress against objectives, and wins to team members and senior leadership; amplifying the team’s work. Oversee the success of projects, manage timelines, and achieve outcomes with engineering and data science partners; coordinate with vendors for data integrations and maintenance of data sources. Provide and consume data-driven analysis to support decisions impacting marketing technology and customer communications. Own portions of the marketing technology backlog to enable effective, timely, personalized communications with customers and prospects. Engage external stakeholders to unblock, communicate, and translate feedback about progress. Understand OneMain’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that balance short- and long-term goals to drive the business forward. Additional Information

Position is HYBRID — onsite in office 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Candidates must live within 50 miles of OneMain corporate offices in Baltimore, MD; Wilmington, DE; or Charlotte, NC. Potential for extension or conversion to FTE. Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory : RCS, Chat, Contact Center, and Push channels. Experience working on successful digital consumer products for 3+ years, preferably at high-scale companies. Collections Operations/Product experience is a plus. Agile experience required. Customer-focused thinking across internal employee journeys and digital customer experiences. Proven track record of standing up or running new products, features, or experiences with attention to execution details. Experience aligning a product vision across cross-functional teams and the broader organization. Comfort debating points with peers and influencing leadership to adopt recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills to socialize information, motivate teammates, and achieve objectives. Ability to cut through complexity and understand implications of decisions for the team and organization. Customer obsession with a drive to deliver value while balancing business needs. Proven ability to solve complex analytical problems and carry solutions through to execution. Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture and objectives. Hands-on experience across the digital product development process: road mapping, problem definition, exploration, requirements, front and back-end development, testing, and deployment. Strong ownership and accountability for your domain and its fit within the broader product. One person, one team.
