Overview

We are hiring a

Director of Reporting and Market Analytics . This role is primarily focused on developing and deploying data-driven reports, tools and insights in support of ADP TotalSource sales and retention goals. You will be responsible for analyzing key business metrics and performance standards to identify gaps and areas for improvement for both the Special Markets team and our ADP TotalSource colleagues. The successful hire will leverage analytics resources to elevate the market knowledge and expertise of the sales and consulting teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a best-in-class reporting suite that drives positive business and client outcomes. A critical aspect of this role is ensuring that team members understand, adopt, and effectively use these tools, with mechanisms in place to assess and enhance their proficiency and engagement. This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and you can sit anywhere in the US.

How you\'ll make an impact

Responsible for developing and maintaining a best-in-class reporting suite – focused on market insights, business outcomes, performance and activity tracking; Lead all ad hoc analytics and insights requests in support of sales, client retention and market intelligence; Drive automation of key recurring deliverables through creation of tools and processes that drive efficiency – i.e. Quarterly Market Insight Reports, etc.; Develop and maintain performance reporting dashboards, tracking key activities for Special Markets and TotalSource team members; Ensure data consistency and integrity across all reporting tools and dashboards to support accurate decision-making; Utilize data storytelling techniques to translate complex analytics into actionable insights for both internal teams and PEO clients; Work alongside ADPTS Benefit Activation Team (BAT) to execute trainings and/or workshops to drive increased adoption and utilization of reporting and analytics resources Regularly lead internal data and market intelligence trainings for SM Benefit Consultants and Client Success Executives; Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities; Liaise with divisional data and reporting specialists to maintain a reporting suite that continues to meet Gallagher standards, and lead any necessary transition projects to ensure compliance; Escalate and support resolution of platform issues to drive high levels of client satisfaction in Gallagher’s data-driven approach; Manage small team of reporting analysts and look to grow the capabilities and reach of this team over time.

About You

Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of related experience Healthcare background, and/or previous experience with payer or brokerage environments a plus Strong project management skills Proven experience in leading and developing teams to enhance reporting capabilities Superior Excel and data analysis skills Working knowledge of Python and SQL required Prior working knowledge of Tableau and PowerBI a plus Excellent verbal and written communication Strong data, underwriting or analytics background; coding knowledge preferred Healthcare and employee benefits experience a plus Strong ability as a “data storyteller” – able to take complex analytics and simplify for internal and external stakeholders; Excellent grasp of market-leading reporting and dashboarding tools Strong ability to develop professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders; Ability to sell the value of Gallagher Benefit Services data products and services by illustrating the potential impact to prospects and existing accounts
