The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks an academic General Endocrinologist to join the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. Academic rank and track are commensurate with academic record and experience. Duties And Responsibilities
This is an academic position on the clinical track that emphasizes patient care for endocrine patients with a focus on thyroid nodules and thyroid cancer; instructs medical students, residents, and fellows; and may include basic or clinical research. Additional duties include thyroid ultrasound and fine needle aspirations, e-consults, and inpatient consults. Division Overview
The Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism in the Department of Internal Medicine is actively recruiting general endocrinologists, general endocrinologists with a focus on diabetes, and an endocrinologist clinician/researcher. The division is recognized for excellence in thyroid cancer, type 1 and type 2 diabetes and obesity, neuroendocrine tumors, metabolic bone disease, women’s health, and other hormone conditions.
