Overview
Per Diem Primary Care Physician (Casual Employee) This is an hourly, per diem clinician role across multiple offices in Washington, DC. 8-23 patient care hours per week. One Medical is a primary care solution focused on making quality care more affordable, accessible and enjoyable. We are building a diverse, driven and empathetic team dedicated to transforming healthcare and delivering exceptional care through in-office and 24/7 virtual services, on-site labs, and preventive and chronic care programs. Employment Type “Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly clinician role) What You'll Be Working On
Seeing patients with a broad array of needs; mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role) Treating patients in-office and conducting occasional tele-health visits Collaborating with in-office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams Utilizing your clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role
Enrolled in, or completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. If not yet Board Certified, must presently be Board Eligible, or have completed residency within the last calendar year and be scheduled to take the next available Board Exam Licensed in Washington, D.C., obtained before start date One Medical Providers Also Demonstrate

Compensation Hourly rate $135.00; final starting pay may vary by experience and schedule. Total compensation may include benefits.
