Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and execution to support growth and IPO readiness. Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in full compliance with
US GAAP . Manage SEC reporting, audits, and ensure compliance with public company standards. Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling. Partner with executive leadership and the Board on IPO preparation, fundraising, and investor relations. Build scalable systems, processes, and internal controls suitable for a public-company environment. Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams. Evaluate strategic growth opportunities, M&A, and capital structure optimization. Qualifications
Proven experience as CFO or senior finance executive with
direct IPO execution experience . Deep expertise in
US GAAP
and SEC reporting requirements. Strong background in capital markets, fundraising, and investor relations. Demonstrated success in building financial infrastructure to support a public listing. CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred. Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills. Employee Benefits
