The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity and people management. Strategically, assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and drive efficiency in store processes. They leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. Assistant managers are talent leaders, driving recruiting, training, engagement and development. They are expected to show up, bringing their best selves every day and, with a promote-from-within philosophy, have the opportunity to grow into future store leaders.
