The Project Strategy Manager will support projects for Low Voltage Switchgear products within the Electrical Products (EP) business segment. Relevant backgrounds include large project management, large-scale engineered-to-order manufacturing, or installer-facing roles with electrical equipment.
Responsibilities
The Project Strategy Manager will be responsible for high-level financial forecast creation (based on scheduled & potential production) and using that information to make capacity & loading recommendations for assigned product lines.
Own the capacity reporting tool and loading strategy for apparatus product lines.
Review incoming opportunities and assess the capacity, loading, booking, revenue, margin, cash, & productivity impacts.
Aim for an optimum balance between financial & capacity needs and operational productivity.
The ideal candidate will have a sales and/or customer-facing role with experience in dealing with manufacturing locations.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or communication.
4 plus years of experience in the electrical industry.
Experience with creating dashboard via Knime and Tableau.
Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of Siemens EM LP COMPAS tool.
Knowledge of SAP.
Knowledge of Manufacturing Scheduling.
The ability to respond to sudden changes & work through conflicts is important to be successful.
Knowledge of dashboarding/data management—specifically skills in Tableau, advanced Excel, and Snowflake.
Equivalent experience in Python or other platforms is also acceptable.
Degrees in data analytics or data science are also acceptable.
The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills to navigate discussions with stakeholders with competing interests.

The pay range for this position is $65,660 - $112,560. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
