Serve as a technical authority on Workday Finance, Extend and Workday Integrations Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions to meet business requirements Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices and industry standards Conduct workshops, demonstrations and run proof of concepts to help validate direction with stakeholders Designing and optimizing data flows and process integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency Stay up to date on Workday releases and enhancements. Understand their value and assess their impact on existing solutions Mentor and train team members on Workday best practices Contribute thought leadership to larger architectural efforts across Corporate Systems Foster a positive and collaborative work environment About this opportunity

This role is beyond just keeping the lights on. You'll architect solutions that directly influence enterprise-wide strategies, not just implementing tickets. You have clear involvement transformation programs driving forward our Workday strategy. You'll not only set standards and direction regarding Workday architecture, but you'll also have opportunities to be hands-on. You'll drive proof of concepts and demonstrate the art of the possible. Your work will have a global impact across our entire workforce around the world. And you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills and drive cross-functional concepts across our Finance and HR ecosystem. Qualifications and success factors

Proven 10+ years of experience in IT and 5+ years as a Workday Solution Architect across Workday Finance, Extend, and Integrations. Experience with Workday PSA (Professional Services Automation) is a plus. Experience with Workday HR is a plus Strong technical skills, including Workday configuration, integrations, reporting, and security Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes and regulations Basic understanding of HR business processes and industry best practices preferred Experience across non-Workday Finance and Procurement technologies like Kyriba, TM1, Coupa and others is a plus Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders AI experience within or outside of the Workday ecosystem is a plus Experience with core concepts in Workday such as FDM, security models, business process framework, reporting & analytics, and integration framework Experience leading teams Workday certification is highly desirable Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field How we support our colleagues

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $132,600 to $185,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
