located in Randolph MA, where you'll drive clinical excellence, mentorship, and program innovation across classrooms and school-based services.
Your Role Lead & mentor
Assistant Clinical Directors and school-based clinicians. Develop & oversee
ABA programs, including Functional Behavior Assessments and Verbal Behavior frameworks. Train & support
teachers and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality behavioral interventions. Collaborate
with educators, therapists, and families to create individualized support plans. Drive innovation
by shaping clinical training and systems improvements. What You Bring Master's (required), PhD (preferred)
in a related field. BCBA required
(candidates accruing supervision hours welcome). 3+ years of experience
designing ABA treatment programs in a school setting. Strong leadership
in staff supervision, training, and problem-solving. Deep knowledge
