Analyze potential for removal and prepare related documents. Conduct comprehensive case evaluations and exposure analyses. Provide information for efficient transition into discovery and mediation phases. Support class certification and settlement processes. Act as liaison between trial teams and Class Action Counsel team. Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of legal experience in relevant areas. Licensed to practice law in California and state of residence. Experience with data analytics and damages modeling. Ability to develop effective defense strategies. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
Active bar license in California and state of residence. Skills
