We are looking for a seasoned marketing leader to spearhead regional brand growth and consumer engagement strategies across multiple markets. The Regional Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in shaping brand positioning, driving impactful campaigns, and strengthening market presence while ensuring consistency across geographies.
Responsibilities
Design and execute
regional marketing strategies
that align with business objectives and deliver sustainable growth.
Lead
integrated campaigns
across digital, social, traditional, and experiential channels to maximize impact and ROI.
Partner with commercial and operations teams to
support market entry and outlet launches , ensuring brand consistency.
Leverage
consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and market research
to inform strategy and innovation.
Oversee
budget allocation, spend efficiency, and campaign performance tracking .
Manage
public relations, sponsorships, and partnership initiatives
to enhance visibility and brand equity.
Build, coach, and inspire a
regional marketing team , fostering collaboration and high performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
At least
10 years of progressive marketing experience , including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within consumer-facing industries (F&B, retail, lifestyle, or FMCG preferred).
Proven track record in
regional brand management, market expansion, and campaign leadership .
Strong expertise in
digital marketing, consumer engagement, and data-driven decision making .
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a
fast-paced, multi-country environment .
