Collaborate with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to address complex challenges Execute a strategic software development plan for IaaS, focusing on security, performance, and efficiency Ensure the quality, usability, and performance of software solutions Share best practices and improve processes within and across teams Provide operational support and fulfill on-call responsibilities Qualifications (What is Required)
Strong background in software engineering and system architecture 8+ years of PaaS and IaaS software development experience 5+ years specializing in system design and implementation Proficiency in Kubernetes and experience with virtual machine provisioning frameworks Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience Preferred Qualifications (How to Stand Out)
8+ years of professional experience in developing customer-facing applications using React or other UI frameworks Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Crossplane Knowledge of security best practices for secure configurations and data protection Relevant cloud and container certifications Experience in leading cross-functional technical teams Privacy and Equal Opportunity
