Join Axon’s Enterprise team and turn our mission—protecting life at scale—into reality. You will own a portfolio that spans connected sensors, next-gen body cameras, and cloud applications, transforming them into personal-safety platforms for frontline workers. Your role is to understand the challenges of large, complex organizations and translate insights into bold product strategies that unlock new markets and accelerate revenue. You’ll spearhead segment-specific innovation, map jobs-to-be-done and personas to Axon capabilities, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to deliver solutions. You’ll help expose hidden incidents, streamline response workflows, and reconnect security teams with those who need protection most. We’re looking for a full-stack product leader who can work with engineers, negotiate with legal, and pitch to executives. You thrive in ambiguity and drive mission-driven outcomes with a collaborative, energetic approach. What You’ll Do
Location:
This role is based in one of our offices (Atlanta, Boston, Scottsdale, or Seattle) with a hybrid schedule. Team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays and may work remotely on Mondays unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. Reports to: Senior Director of Product Management - Axon Enterprise. Direct Reports: None. Customer Obsession:
Build deep relationships with our largest Enterprise customers, understand their jobs, and create roadmaps to solve their problems while growing Axon’s business. Leadership & Vision: Provide direction across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and other functions to serve customers effectively. Critical Thinking & Writing:
Produce clear product visions, specifications, and business strategy artifacts to align stakeholders. Influence & Trust:
Build trust with senior leaders and cross-functional teams; represent your domain at key company forums. Deliver Results:
Own end-to-end delivery of roadmap items from conception to launch and post-launch iteration; manage dependencies and simplify challenges. What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related analytic field 5+ years in world-class software product organizations; at least 2 in a product management leadership role 1+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers Ability to travel 25–30% to embed with customers and participate in trials Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, collaboration, influencing and team building Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Benefits that Benefit You
