We are seeking an experienced
Accounting Manager
to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive compliance initiatives. This role will manage accounting staff, coordinate audits, and partner with leadership on process improvements and financial strategy. Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Lead general ledger activities, reconciliations, and journal entry oversight Manage month-end and year-end close processes, accruals, and financial reporting Supervise payroll processing, benefits administration, AR/AP, and billing functions Oversee fixed asset management and depreciation schedules Ensure compliance with licenses, insurance renewals, and regulatory reporting Prepare and review supporting schedules for internal and external audits Develop, document, and enforce internal controls and accounting policies Mentor and manage accounting team members while fostering growth and accountability Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role Proficiency with
QuickBooks Enterprise (Construction Edition)
and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables required) Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Seniority level
