Lead and manage facilities, security projects and maintenance from concept till complete Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design custom solutions Implement and optimize surveillance techniques Implement maintenance regime on facilities ensuring low downtime Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet the highest quality standards Qualifications
