OPS - Site General Manager at Veritiv Location: Belvidere, IL Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 Responsibilities
Responsible for operational excellence with commercial enablement. Lead the Site General Manager role working closely with Sales, Customer Service, Planning, and Operations to deliver a service advantage that earns a margin premium over competitors. Lead frontline manufacturing teams, manage customer escalations, drive performance metrics, and execute strategy. Own DIFOTIS performance and serve as the site’s escalation point for commercial execution and customer issues. Collaborate with internal distribution, jobbers, and the Direct Sales team to deliver fast, reliable, and responsive solutions. Drive commercial outcomes that deliver superior service, responsiveness, and total customer value. Qualifications
