A fast-growing crypto investment platform is seeking a senior BD leader to spearhead strategic distribution and build its sales organisation from the ground up. This is one of the most critical hires in the company\'s journey a high-impact role for someone who can both close and build.

Independently close deals with exchanges, custodians, and asset managers
Build and professionalise the sales org beyond reactive intros
Take increasing ownership from the founder to enable scale
What You\'ll Do
Lead negotiations and close distribution partnerships with top-tier institutions
Partner with the founder on key accounts, while owning deals end-to-end
Define and execute a structured go-to-market strategy
Build and scale the sales organisation: hire, coach, and lead
Establish reporting and process discipline to scale past Series A
What You Bring
Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in crypto, fintech, or financial services
Experience building or scaling BD/sales teams ideally post-Series A
Gravitas and charm credible with C-levels, but commercially aggressive when needed
Hands-on operator: you drive deals, not just manage them
London-based preferred, but open to exceptional global talent
Ideal Profile
7-12+ years of relevant experience
Background in high-growth environments (crypto protocol, fintech scale-up, asset manager)
Strong mix of relationship skills, deal-making ability, and operational rigour
Ambitious, driven, and ready to build something enduring
Compensation
Base salary: $200k–$250k
