Overview
Qualified candidates will be an expert in their field and bring their own education experience, incorporating that with curriculum to provide a comprehensive experience to students that will help them develop the skills necessary to transition into the work force. Faculty members utilize expertise in foreign language instruction, curriculum/materials design, and language proficiency assessment to teach all linguistic modalities: listening/speaking, reading, grammar, and writing in a student-centered, communicative language learning environment that is focused on learner outcomes. Faculty are expected to be able to integrate instructional technology in the classroom and in homework assignments in order to enhance instruction, extend teaching/learning opportunities beyond the classroom.
Minimum Education
Bachelor\'s Degree required.
Minimum Experience/Training
ESOL/TESOL experience
Minimum Certification/Licenses
TESOL, ESOL, TEFL certification is preferred.
