Lead the Global Supply Chain and Logistics Procurement Organization with a total spend in excess of $600M, reporting to the Global Senior Director- Indirect Procurement (ISC Operations). Drive procurement excellence to deliver best value through the global supply chain with focus on cost, quality, and service. Maintain visibility to company executives and provide transformation experience. Continuously and proactively evaluate new suppliers/technologies to support organizational goals and improve patient outcomes. Apply strategic sourcing processes (RFI/RFx) on a global basis, owning supplier selection according to Baxter criteria. Negotiate and implement statements of work (SOW) and supply agreements with cross-functional teams for long-term success. Lead continuous improvement in cost, quality, and service delivery/execution and deliver annual savings to the P&L. Collaborate across key global supply chain functions (manufacturing, planning, distribution, logistics, sourcing, procurement). Demonstrate agility in a fast-paced environment; lead by example as a "leader and doer". Your team

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years in the medical industry with at least 5 years in a sourcing leadership role. Experience leading a global team within a matrixed environment. Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills across network (commercial, R&D, manufacturing, logistics) with credibility. Travel: Domestic & International up to 10%. We understand compensation is important. The estimated base salary for this position is $176,000 - $242,000 annually, with potential bonuses, commission, and/or long-term incentives. Pay is based on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Recruiter can discuss benefits during interview.
