Design, deploy, and manage high-performing enterprise networks (LAN, WAN, Data Center Fabrics) Configure, install, and support cutting-edge network hardware, software, and security solutions Remotely support facilities nationwide, partnering with on-site teams to resolve issues efficiently Monitor performance and capacity, ensuring top-tier uptime and scalability Lead critical troubleshooting efforts and provide expert-level guidance Mentor and collaborate with junior team members, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing Automate network configurations to streamline operations Maintain clear, detailed technical documentation Contribute to strategic network planning and architectural improvements Participate in on-call rotations for network events/outages Be a key voice in shaping the technical vision of the organization

What You Bring

Expertise in network design, deployment, and management of enterprise hardware (switches, routers, load balancers, firewalls) Deep understanding of:

Protocols: TCP/IP, LACP, LLDP, VXLAN, BFD, OSPF, BGP, IPSEC Structured cabling, routing, and switching principles Packet analysis with tools like Wireshark

Hands-on experience with:

Wireless networks design, deployment, troubleshooting SD-WAN and Wi-Fi management Network security best practices

Knowledge of Active Directory infrastructure, DNS, and DHCP Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to guide on-site staff through technical resolutions remotely Ability and willingness to collaborate with different IT Teams of varying levels of expertise Willingness to support after-hours maintenance windows and occasional travel

Aruba: ClearPass Policy Manager Fortinet: FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiNAC Cisco: Routing, Switching, Nexus Platforms Brocade/Ruckus: Routing, Switching, Wireless Palo Alto Firewalls SolarWinds: NPM, NCM, NetFlow AWS Networking: VPCs, Routing, Security Groups Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Certifications: CCNP or equivalent
