Client is looking for a Senior Finance Manager/Finance Manager III to join our FP&A team in our mission to help data teams solve the world's toughest problems. As a finance professional with experience in hyper-growth, you will help the business succeed and achieve its goals, grounded in financial reality, modeling, and analysis. You will work independently to serve as a key financial business partner to senior G&A leadership, leading data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
Requirements
What we look for: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a comparable quantitative field 7-10 years of FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related experience (e.g., Investment Banking, Management Consulting), with a focus on technology; familiarity with the software industry, SaaS business, or consumption-based models Experience supporting G&A functions (Finance, HR, Legal, IT, & Facilities) is a must High competency with systems such as Anaplan, Netsuite, Coupa, and Workday is a must Financial modeling skills and quantitative analysis experience Expert in Excel and Google Sheets Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and experience with GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics Skills
Advanced Excel skills Anaplan Coupa Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) FP&A analysis FP&A reporting GSuite and Excel skills (maintaining complex spreadsheets and employing complex formulas) Responsibilities
The impact you will have: Lead the annual G&A budgeting process, collaborating with business partners to develop comprehensive financial plans aligned with strategic objectives Support the monthly close and forecast process to understand variances to plan and make sure that G&A expenses are properly recorded Develop and maintain multi-year financial forecasts for G&A expenses, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks Provide comprehensive financial insights into G&A expense categories, including headcount costs, facilities, professional services, insurance, and other administrative expenses Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analysis to executive leadership, highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for G&A spend Collaboration across the broader FP&A team to drive consistent planning & forecasting processes
