Overview

Business Development Manager – Components to join our Hazelmere facility. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and negotiating deals that maximise revenue and margin. This role will also support the development and execution of strategies to expand BTP’s customer base and market share across our Parts, Service, and Equipment Rental businesses. Grow with us! Identify and develop new business opportunities within the heavy mobile equipment, mining, and related industries. Source, sell, and market

new, used, and rebuilt OEM and aftermarket Components

for heavy earthmoving machinery, mining, and construction industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Respond to tenders and prepare tailored sales proposals. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. Implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets. Travel to customer sites (approximately 50% of your time). About You

Proven experience in

Business Development or Sales Management

(Heavy Mobile Equipment / Mining industry experience highly regarded). Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Experience using

Salesforce

or a similar CRM. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office 365

(advanced Word skills desirable). Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously. Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and full working rights. Ability to meet all site access requirements, including Pre-Employment Medical and National Police Clearance. What we Offer
