The Division of Mental Health is seeking to hire a Clinical Psychologist at the MH & Justice Services located in Chicago, Illinois. The incumbent serves as a clinical psychologist for the Metro Forensic Area. For inpatient evaluation, designs a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation packet for each forensic patient detailed in jail. Conducts outpatient forensic evaluations with both patients and families, interviews patient and family members. Creates a computer database to gather and track statistical data on population served. Within 48 hours of referral, conducts Behavior Risk Management evaluations as requested by a local community hospital or community provider. Provides forensic outpatient fitness restorations services including fitness education and preparation of fitness evaluations and progress report for the referring courts. Essential Functions

Requires the ability to travel in the performance of job duties. Requires the ability to utilize office equipment, including personal computers. Requires ability to pass the IDHS background check.
