Base pay range: $170,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Managing a caseload of complex insurance defense cases from beginning to end.
Representing insurance companies and their policyholders in court, presenting evidence and arguing cases.
Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently and favorably.
Advising clients on their legal rights and potential implications of different strategies.
Collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure effective case handling.
Staying updated on developments in insurance law and general liability to provide accurate advice.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Current license to practice law in the state.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Insurance Defense Attorney with a focus on General Liability.
Experience managing a large caseload and meeting deadlines.
Excellent research, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in legal research software and related technologies.
