Partnership Representative
to help grow and maintain strong partnerships with contractors and service providers. What You’ll Be Doing
Making
50+ outbound calls daily
to recruit and onboard qualified contractors. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing vendor partners. Managing onboarding, contract negotiations, and service expectations. Acting as the liaison between vendors and internal teams to resolve issues quickly. Ensuring vendor compliance with company policies and service standards. Tracking performance metrics and identifying opportunities for growth. What We’re Looking For
Sales-driven
mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience in
vendor management, business development, or contractor relations
is a plus. Ability to
multitask, stay organized, and problem-solve
in a fast-paced environment. A proactive,
goal-oriented
