Job Summary: The Project Manager - Warehousing is responsible for the Set-Up, Execution, and Ongoing Management (if required) of Projects Executing at each Warehouse to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality in daily business activities. The PM oversees the entire project and handles all aspects, including project scope and managing the project team and resources assigned to the project. Supervisory Responsibilities

Aids Warehouse Managers in supervising warehouse employees. Duties/Responsibilities

Establish rhythm for project kick-off and lead all reviews Ensure that the Warehouse is appropriately staffed for execution of operations Ensure Warehouse team has required equipment on-site Lead Operations to Warehouse Managers, Employees, and Field Operatives executing projects at LPG warehouses. Create, own, and maintain project schedule, timeline, and budget Manage Project Planner and allocate tasks Manage Project Team and Suppliers Provide on-site support on as needed to ensure excellent operations Perform site audits as necessary Prepare/Present customer facing presentations Prioritizes "Safety First" for all phases of the project Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in relevant field - background in business, management, budgeting & analysis, and/or engineering desired Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. Outside the box thinker with problem-solving aptitude Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Familiarity with Microsoft Excel Certification or Familiarity with a design tool. Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities. Communicates with coworkers, third-party providers and vendors. Must be able to adhere to standard operating procedures. Time spent in typical office environment. Time spent in typical warehouse environment. Moves throughout building and/or worksite. This role requires inspection of sites to detect safety concerns.
