Baylor Scott & White Health
is seeking a
board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician
to join our established team at the North Burnet Clinic in Austin, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a
physician-led, not-for-profit healthcare system

About the Role As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive, continuous care to patients of all ages—children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about
whole-person care , skilled in managing both acute and chronic conditions, and committed to preventive medicine. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes and strengthen community health.
Practice Setting The
Baylor Scott & White Clinic - North Burnet
serves the North Austin community, offering a wide range of services including:
Preventive and primary care
for all ages
Access to specialty care such as cardiology, dermatology, and orthopedics
On-site urgent care for common conditions such as asthma, flu, skin diseases, and musculoskeletal pain
Key Responsibilities
Deliver
comprehensive, patient-focused primary care
across the lifespan.
Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of
acute illnesses and chronic conditions .
Provide
wellness exams, immunizations, and preventive screenings
tailored to patient needs.
Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare team members to
coordinate care .
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with system protocols.
Participate in
quality improvement initiatives
and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Texas by the
Texas Medical Board .
Board-certified or board-eligible in
Family Medicine
(ABMS or BOS).
Demonstrated history of providing
high-quality, compassionate care .
