About This Team The architecture group at lululemon is responsible for guiding the design and implementation of technical strategies that support every aspect of our rapidly scaling global business. You will work in a matrixed environment alongside peers in business, engineering, program, ux and strategy – among other disciplines – to collaboratively develop and deliver industry leading technology solutions aligned to business goals and objectives. In addition to your primary team, project, or portfolio you will be supported by a diverse Architecture Community of Practice, which provides learning and governance resources to all architects and will help you build a strong and robust practice of leadership grounded in technical proficiency, innovative thinking and empathy.
Core Responsibilities
Design and maintain enterprise-wide network architecture, including WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity.
Establish multi-cloud network designed and work across application teams to enable their code.
Identify the next route/switch/wireless platform, with goals to scale faster global site expansion and delivery of new technologies that rely heavily on network performance and security.
Lead the technical strategy for network modernization, including cloud networking and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Global Architecture teams to align network design with business and application needs.
Evaluate and recommend technologies, vendors, and solutions to improve performance, reliability, and security.
Develop and maintain documentation for network architecture, standards, and best practices.
Enable application developers with self-service tooling.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to network engineers and operations teams.
Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Network Architect in a large enterprise environment.
Proven expertise in SD-WAN, cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and traditional network architectures.
Strong understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation.
Experience with network automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Familiarity with monitoring and performance tools (e.g., SolarWinds or Datadog).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to lead complex projects and influence technical direction across teams.

Compensation And Benefits Package lululemon\'s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $136,200 - $178,700 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
