What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Define and execute the product vision for the Data Lakehouse platform, aligning with business goals
Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap balancing short-term delivery with long-term objectives
Lead requirement gathering and product strategy for front-end data tools and integration layers
Drive data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with quality standards
Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams for seamless product delivery
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 7+ years of technical product management experience with data platforms or data infrastructure
Strong understanding of data Lakehouse architectures, query engines, and compute frameworks
Experience in cloud data ecosystems (Snowflake, AWS, GCP, Azure)
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience as a software or data engineer
Strong business acumen to prioritize features based on customer value and business impact
Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks and Apache Superset
Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance requirements
Experience in the insurance industry
