As a member of the Endeavor Schools Family, Montessori Children's House of Denver (Park Hill campus) is in search of a dedicated and experienced Head of School (School Leader) to oversee daily operations for students ranging from Toddler to Primary levels. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader, eager to learn and collaborate with a strong team of educators. The primary objectives of the Head of School include: Inspiring positive community interactions. Ensuring quality care and education for all children. Fostering and developing educational environments and staff. Additionally, the Head of School will: Facilitate the implementation of Montessori pedagogy in a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment. Support each child's social, emotional, and intellectual growth and development. Create a family-focused environment that encourages the growth of the school community.
