Vice President
hire, driven by a strong pipeline across industrial technology, specialty manufacturing, and distribution. Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end
sell-side and buy-side
M&A processes ($100m–$2bn EV), owning workstreams, diligence, and closing Build and pressure-test
merger/LBO/DCF
models; craft IC memos, CIMs, and management presentations Manage day-to-day
client and PE sponsor
interactions; coordinate legal, accounting, and third-party advisors Mentor and develop Analysts/Associates; set quality bars and timelines in a
lean, high-performing
team Contribute to
origination
with subsector theses, target lists, and pitch materials; support cross-border execution with global teams Ideal background
5–8+ years
of investment banking M&A experience (MM/UMM platform or top boutique);
current VP
or A3 ready for promotion Demonstrated track record
running sell-side processes
and navigating SPA/TS terms, carve-outs, and sponsor dynamics Excellent financial modelling
and valuation skills; sharp materials and storytelling ability Strong client presence; clear communicator who can
run the room
and keep processes on track US work authorization
