Seeking a
Registered Architect
with 10+ years of experienceideally in
healthcare architecture to lead impactful design projects, manage client relationships, and drive business growth. This role combines
design leadership ,
project management , and
team mentorship
within a collaborative, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead Healthcare Design Projects:
Oversee planning, design, and documentation across all project phases. Client Engagement & Business Development:
Build strong client relationships and support strategic growth efforts. Project Management:
Manage scope, budget, schedules, and interdisciplinary coordination from concept to completion. Team Collaboration:
Mentor junior staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Continuous Learning:
Stay current with architecture trends, materials, and tools through ongoing education and certifications. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors or Masters in Architecture from an accredited program. License:
Registered Architect (RA) required;
NCARB certification
preferred. Experience:
10+ years in architectural practice with a focus on
healthcare projects . Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
Revit , SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Bluebeam. Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with
Deltek VantagePoint
is a plus.
