Private Equity Debt Finance (Structured Finance) – Mid-Level / Senior Associate Goodwin seeks a highly qualified associate with four or more years of legal experience to join our Debt Finance practice. Specific experience to include representing borrowers and / or lenders in connection with asset-based loans, structured financing transactions, securitizations or warehouse loans. Position requires strong project management and drafting skills. Responsibilities
Drafting and negotiation of collateral documents, disclosure schedules, loan amendments, and other loan transaction documents. Qualifications
Four or more years of legal experience, preferably in a comparable law firm environment. Experience representing borrowers and/or lenders in asset-based loans, structured financing transactions, securitizations, or warehouse loans. Strong project management and drafting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly). Notes
