Benefits are available after 60 days. Salary Range: $125,000 – $200,000+ per year Benefits and Perks Paid CE days, allowance, Fear Free Certification, Feline Friendly environment Dues and fees paid: DEA, AVMA, State/Local VMAs, VIN Generous ProSal compensation with NO negative accrual Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, 401k match, team member discounts, uniforms, paid time off, holiday pay (eligible for full-time team members) Position Overview The Medical Director (MD) is responsible for the hospital's overall management, working closely with the Hospital Manager (HM) to address various complex tasks. Together, you and the HM provide management and leadership to the hospital team, helping to determine and implement strategies for growth and development. The HM-MD team creates an excellent environment for clients, patients, and employees. They ensure quality patient care, excellent client service, diligent financial management, innovative marketing, effective HR management, and other operational activities. You will report directly to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), with accountability to the Director of Operations (DO) and CEO.
