Outpatient Psychiatrist (Child or Adult). This LifeStance Health opportunity emphasizes high-quality mental health care with a focus on time with patients, access to a multidisciplinary team, and a culture prioritizing evidence-based care and clinical excellence. Psychiatrists can work in-person or in hybrid models, set their own scheduled hours and appointment lengths, and build a caseload aligned with interests and areas of expertise through our Care Matching model. The role supports integrating psychotherapy into daily practice, collaborating with experienced therapists, neuropsychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners in a collegial environment. Lifelong learning is encouraged through Grand Rounds, consult hours with clinical leadership, a CME stipend, and training opportunities in TMS and other innovative therapies. Teaching opportunities for supervising newly graduated PMHNPs are also available as compensated roles. Base pay range: $300,000.00/yr - $373,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on skills and experience; consult with your recruiter to learn more. Responsibilities

Engage in outpatient psychiatric care for adults and/or children/adolescents, with flexibility for in-person or hybrid models. Build and manage a caseload aligned with personal interests, provide evidence-based care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing professional development. Support from billing, technology, and administrative teams is provided, along with local clinical leadership for ongoing coaching and consultation. Contribute to a practice that values teaching, supervision, and opportunities to learn new therapies. Qualifications

M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine. Board Certified/Board Eligible (within 3 years of completing residency) in Adult or Child/Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. A valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willingness to obtain prior to start date). Why Join Us
