Prefer experienced dentist who wants to continue to grow the practice and get involved in the growing Hawarden community. They have placed new grads in this location before and would consider again. The office has 1 dentist 1 front desk rep 2 dental assistants 2 Hygienists Pay information
Base salary to start - 150,000 Dentist will be paid a guaranteed salary of $150,000 a year. This amount will be paid on the 1st and 15th of the month. The dentist shall be paid 30% of net patient revenue (collections actually received by Employer) generated by Employee during each month of the employment term. In the first year of the Initial Term, dentist shall be entitled to two weeks personal time plus the six holidays allowed. Why would a dentist want this job?
