A typical day as a Payroll Compliance Analyst (Associate) might include the following: Review collective bargaining and trust agreements for local and international labor unions. Complete data entry and analysis of employer records to assess payroll compliance. Perform testing to identify process and control weaknesses in payroll; compare source records against payroll documents and review employee lists and cash disbursements for compliance with union agreements. Who You Are
You are inquisitive and enjoy learning about client business processes, and you enjoy working with data and spreadsheets. You are willing to travel to different locations for payroll compliance audits (approximately 15–20% travel). You are able to multi‑task and balance competing priorities and deadlines. You work well in a team but can also focus on solo work. You have basic knowledge of industries such as construction, hospitality, finance, technology, and retail. You maintain high professional standards and client confidentiality. You have a Bachelor's degree, or are pursuing one. Compensation: $69,000 Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Final compensation depends on factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity. Benefits
