You will help shape the future of air traffic management by designing, integrating, and analyzing complex systems that support FAA modernization and maintenance of the NAS. In this position, you will: Perform end-to-end systems engineering across the full lifecycle: requirements, design, integration, verification, and validation. Drive the development of concepts, architectures, trade studies, and system analyses to optimize performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure objectives are achieved and requirements are met. Prepare and deliver technical documentation, reports, and presentations to clearly communicate findings and recommendations. Basic Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship Required. Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance. 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent). Strong foundation in requirements analysis, system integration, and testing. Contribute to trade studies and analyses under mentorship of senior engineers. Participate in system-level reviews and provide hands-on support for integration and testing activities. Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with radar or surveillance technologies and FAA programs. #BNATC Peraton Overview

$112,000 - $179,000. Salary is determined by factors including scope, responsibilities, experience, education, location, and contract considerations. Eligible for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses where applicable. EEO
