As the Program Integration Lead, you will provide strategic oversight and coordination across all elements of the BNATCS program. You will be the integrator that keeps multiple teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders aligned—driving operational, technical, and schedule integration to meet FAA objectives. This is an opportunity to influence a major modernization effort in U.S. aviation.
In this position, you will:
Lead integration of program plans, schedules, and deliverables across all functional areas, ensuring alignment with FAA requirements and milestones.
Oversee coordination between technical teams, functional leads, subcontractors, and FAA stakeholders to resolve cross-functional challenges.
Develop and maintain program performance dashboards, status reports, and executive briefings for leadership and FAA representatives.
Facilitate integration meetings and decision forums to address dependencies, risks, and change management.
Monitor and assess program-wide risks, issues, and performance metrics, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain program cohesion.
Provide strategic recommendations to the Program Manager and leadership to enhance efficiency and execution.
Ensure compliance with FAA standards, security requirements, and operational protocols.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship Required.
Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Bachelor's degree in program management, engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of program/project management or integration experience supporting large-scale, complex programs.
Demonstrated experience leading integration efforts on FAA programs and strong understanding of FAA processes, systems, and operational environments.
Proven ability to manage multi-team, multi-location integration in a high-visibility program.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
Strong leadership, negotiation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage senior FAA stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
Exposure to FAA programs or NAS systems.
Prior BNATCS or NAS program experience.
PMP or PgMP certification.
Experience managing subcontractor integration and performance in a government contracting environment.

Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by factors including the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s experience, education, and competencies, as well as geographic location and contract considerations. Depending on the position, overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus may apply in addition to base pay.
