Senior Director

to join our Value and Risk Advisory team. Our platform is part of a global network of experienced commercial real estate appraisers who deliver accurate, reliable valuations and sound advice across property sizes, project complexities, and industries. Estimated compensation for this position:

175,000.00 - 300,000.00 USD per year . Location:

Responsibilities

Focus on management of team members, workflow and delivering superior client outcomes with less time spent on personally completing assignments Originate select work, partnering with leadership to identify targets Inspect properties for tier 1 clients where client interaction benefits growth or when coaching a junior team member Attend at least two local CRE events per year and volunteer for one board/leadership/committee position within AI/IRWA/ULI/etc. Represent the JLL brand: optimism, intelligence and collaboration Provide solutions

Education & Training

Continue participation in JLLU to focus on career path alignment and building professional skillset, including people management and business development Master Argus competency (for team members of the national institutional team)

Skillset & Qualifications

Successfully master all Director skillset requirements Mastery of the most complex concepts and assignments within chosen sector Full core skills competency with beginner competency in project management and/or account management

Licensing & Compliance

State certified general appraiser license Maintain state licensing for geographic focus and obtain temporary practice permits when required Minimum 3 years holding CG license; ability to sign reports

Management Scope

Assist with recruiting team members Partner with (coach) analysts and directors to complete assignments Manage up to four individuals

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated compensation : 175,000.00 - 300,000.00 USD per year Benefits : 401(k) with company match, Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid parental leave, PTO and holidays
