New Jersey School Administrator Certificate required Central office, school administration and teaching experience required Demonstrated success with curriculum, personnel management, school finance, strategic planning Strong leadership and communication skills Master\'s Degree at minimum Key Responsibilities
Provide visionary leadership to advance academic achievement and equity for all students. Oversee curriculum development, instruction, assessment, and professional development initiatives. Recruit, develop, and retain high-quality staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Manage district finances, facilities, and resources efficiently and transparently. Ensure compliance with state and federal education regulations and Board of Education policies. Build strong relationships with parents, staff, community stakeholders, and local government partners. Communicate effectively with the Board of Education, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations. Salary:
