We are seeking a proactive, professional, and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to provide corporate and commercial legal support. If you enjoy advising on contracts, compliance, and governance while collaborating with stakeholders, we’d love to hear from you! Position:

Full Time Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, Office Hours Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and service arrangements. Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. Support dispute resolution and litigation management where required. Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities as necessary. Conduct legal research and prepare internal advisories on policy or legislative updates Requirements
Degree in Law and admitted to practice in Singapore (or relevant jurisdiction). Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate/commercial law, ideally in-house or with a reputable law firm. Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulator compliance. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Interested candidates, kindly email updated resume to
