RSM currently has openings for individuals interested in combining Technology and Business to join our Managed Application Services (MAS) practice as a consulting associate working with Oracle NetSuite platform. This platform is comprised of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Intelligence (BI) and a technology base. Our Managed Application Services (MAS) Practice works with our clients’ teams to achieve their business objectives through innovative solutions that align people, processes and technology. As a MAS Consulting associate, you will receive team exposure to a wide variety of functionality and technical tools on the platform as well as a wide breadth of clients across many industries. The position begins with a 6-week investment in new hires in the form of being paired up with a senior desk resource. New hires will attend calls and work closely with the senior resource to resolve client issues and understand what is expected of support resources. Additional online trainings will be assigned and upon completion of that coursework, Associates will return to their MAS team and begin client work. This position location will only be for Denver and Nashville. You will be exposed to several aspects of all our Practices including: Engaging with clients and ensuring Business objectives are aligned with IT Strategy

Fixing and building Business solutions and operations best practices

Consulting process, tools and methodologies

Leveraging technology to drive business operations efficiencies

Responsibilities: Working daily with the Oracle NetSuite platform

Adopting and learning new technologies and functional areas

Direct contact with clients - Understanding and responding to client requirements

Direct contact with RSM NetSuite teams

Working closely with onsite consultants

Analyzing problems, designing solutions

Data migration

Developing new features

Testing of proposed solutions within sandbox environments

Providing remote support

Troubleshooting business application issues

Utilizing a structured development methodology

Understanding how to obtain client business requirements and mapping them to Oracle NetSuite

Designing solutions using Oracle NetSuite functions and features to meet business objectives

Working and interacting with clients in the configuration of their Oracle NetSuite system

Building successful clients relationships

Basic Qualifications: Consultants have at least a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or other related degrees

Experience with an object-oriented programming language

Understanding of basic accounting concepts and methodologies

A desire to work with and adapt to a shifting technical landscape

Intelligent, motivated, and competitive with a “roll-up-the-sleeves” and “get the job done” attitude

An analytical approach to problem solving

Initiative, creativity, and a passion to deliver results that make a difference

A well-rounded individual with varied interests and experience

Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable), with attention to details

Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Effective when working independently and in team environments

Receptive to feedback

Desire to work in the technology industry with a growing company

Preferred Qualifications: ERP or CRM experience highly desired

Must be client-focused, team-oriented, and require exceptional communication skills

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. Compensation Range: 68,640 - 81,900
