Responsibilities The Data Analyst / Systems Integrator will support staff PMs to develop, track, measure, and visualize progress on high priority programs supporting IT strategy. This position will primarily support a team focused on IT strategy and governance but may act as a corporate resource to support other teams in the office as needed.

The responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to the following:

Create dashboards and other interactive methods for users to interact with data.

Prepare and report metrics, analytics findings, and trends.

Present reports using presentation applications and/or data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or Microsoft Power BI).

Perform data analysis, including descriptive statistics on datasets.

Finesse large amounts of data into manageable interfaces.

Communicate effectively across the Sponsor's organization.

Provide secretariat support for governance boards and councils, to include establishing meetings, setting agendas, writing minutes, documenting decisions, and tracking action items.

Perform additional support functions as needed to support the team in strategy, governance, and program management functions.

Qualifications

Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

BS 10-12 Years, MS 8-10, PhD 3-5 or equivalent experience in data/business analytics or related technical field.

Ability to develop, publish, and update dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) and/or other visualizations tools.

Strong understanding of data management and ability to synthesize multiple datasets to develop key take-aways for senior leadership.

Demonstrated experience processing and integrating large amounts of data in an organized and comprehensible manner.

Demonstrated experience collaborating across teams.

Demonstrated experience coordinating technical meetings to include managing logistics, meeting agendas, and capturing minutes.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and proactively work independently; self-starter.

Demonstrated experience with project planning to include innovative technology solutions, core project management processes, the Agile frameworks, methodologies, and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with third parties and internal staff at all levels of the organization.

Experience streamlining processes and automation.

Experience capturing requirements using a variety of methods, including from user or stakeholder feedback.

Experience with integration planning and interfacing with other functional teams.

Experience analyzing programmatic and performance metrics, to include for use in talking points and background information for a variety of audiences.

Well versed in IT life cycle and project integration methodologies.

Working knowledge of IT resiliency, cloud (multi-cloud) and IT architectures.

Ability to analyze requirements and document them appropriately in a knowledge management repository.

Ability to work in a multi-disciplined, diverse, dynamic and challenging environment in support of the U.S. Government's national security mission.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; 3-5 years in the Intelligence Community (IC).

Equal Pay Act This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. Min: $112,676.86

Max: $270,760.83
