Overview
LHH is partnering with a fast-paced, large litigation law firm located in San Francisco to seek an experienced and dedicated
Senior Litigation Paralegal
to join their team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with substantial trial experience and a strong background in managing complex litigation cases. This position requires a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including direct involvement in trial preparation and courtroom support.
Responsibilities
Manage and organize complex litigation cases from inception through trial.
Lead trial preparation efforts, including coordinating logistics, preparing exhibits, and supporting attorneys during trial proceedings.
Proficiently handle all aspects of the discovery process.
Conduct legal research and analyze relevant documents and information.
Prepare and maintain case files, exhibits, and trial binders.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
Manage and update case calendars, deadlines, and scheduling.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with significant trial experience.
Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads and complex litigation matters.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with legal case management software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is required.
Benefits Pay range: $120K to $150K per year, along with Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Time and Holidays, Healthcare, Dental and Vision Coverage, and 401k. Position type: Full-Time, Direct Hire, Hybrid (2 days onsite).
Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Employees may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
