Director of Nursing

Responsibilities

The Director of Nursing directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. The Director of Nursing ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The Director of Nursing is also responsible for the maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In addition, the Director of Nursing supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.

Qualifications

Current licensure in the State of California as a registered nurse. CPR and first aid certified. DNS will meet all applicable regulatory standards. Desire to work with residents with cognitive and behavioral challenges.

Our services at Crestwood Chula Vista help clients recover with an enhanced sense of resilience, accessing a wide range of wellness tools and staff support. The mission of this program is to restore a sense of hope, empowerment, community/natural support inclusion, realized potential in each client, and psychiatric stabilization.

Pay Range

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. $104,000 - $104,000 USD
