Overview Join FluidStack as a Sales Director to take ownership of high-impact enterprise opportunities across the US market. As an early member of our expanding sales team, you\'ll work directly with executive leadership to pioneer deal strategies and go-to-market approaches that will define our growth trajectory. You\'ll navigate complex, consultative sales cycles at the intersection of AI innovation and mission-critical cloud infrastructure, architecting solutions for a range of customers from agile AI startups to Fortune 500 enterprises.

Responsibilities

Own and close greenfield enterprise deals with leading AI labs and technology companies in your territory

Develop sophisticated deal structures that align with customer business outcomes and strategic objectives

Identify and capture strategic expansion opportunities as clients scale their AI operations

Lead rapid response to RFPs from high-value target accounts

Define Fluidstack\'s unique value propositions and competitive differentiators based on market intelligence

Collaborate with senior leadership, product, and engineering teams on infrastructure deployment strategies

Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies including digital outreach, industry events, and strategic networking

Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target enterprises

Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting with clear visibility into monthly and quarterly performance

About You Experience & Track Record

7+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS environments at high-growth technology companies

Consistently exceeded revenue targets with a proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals

Experience selling technical infrastructure solutions to C-level executives and technical decision-makers
