As the Regional Head for CEVA Lead Logistics (CLL), you will manage the regional P&L, ensure service delivery, and directly control operations in the regional Control Towers (Houston, TX; Jacksonville, FL; Detroit, MI; Mexico and Latin America locations). You will also lead Business Development by growing CLL activities in the regions, focusing on strategic CLL sectors (Automotive, Industrial incl. Aerospace & Defense, Healthcare). WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Top line management, maximize revenues in line with contractual engagements and develop new business with existing clients. Lead the Business Development activity for US/Latam-based new customers, focusing primarily on Ceva Century & Elite accounts. Execute Business Development activities on focused sectors in close cooperation with BD sector leads and GKAMs & CLL 4PL Global BD head: Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Industry, Healthcare. Work closely with Global CLL 4PL Solution Development team to support growth for the region and across CLL 4PL globally. Specify market-specific expectations to CLL 4PL Solution Design & Technology teams. Structure and control effective contract management governance within the region. Design and implement winning strategies to ensure contract renewals. Ensure internal pricing transfer guidelines for multi-regional contracts are applied according to instructions provided by the CLL 4PL Global Leader. Ensure reliable KPIs are produced and communicated to customers and ensure quality QBRs are taking place. Lead QBRs with US-based customers. Manage and provide support to Control Tower Managers in relation to local and regional HR functions. Ensure timely provision of reliable monthly P&L forecast by day 20 latest and actual results by day 10 N+1 at GM level in close collaboration with the CLL Controller and Regional Finance. Elaborate and submit Budget to CLL 4PL Global Leader; produce quarterly P&L outlooks (0+12, 3+9, 6+6 and 9+3) at EBITDA level for review with the CLL 4PL Global Leader, CLL Financial Controller, and regional finance. Animate regional BPE function in alignment with Global CLL 4PL BPE function and actively support performance action plan execution in the Control Towers. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
International standard Master degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Science, Economics, or Business Administration. A minimum of 12 years experience in Business Development, account management, operations and P&L management in the transport & logistics industry. Line management of sizeable teams mandatory. Track record of successful achievements in Air, Ocean & Ground operations. Sound understanding of performance management and customer service as key success factors. Lean 6 Sigma certifications will be clear qualifiers. International experience with residential roles in Asia, Europe or US will be appreciated. Understanding of sustainability stakes in transport and logistics, carbon footprint reporting and reduction as value to customers.
