Tavus Inc.
About Us
Tavus is a research lab pioneering human computing. We’re building AI Humans: a new interface that closes the gap between people and machines, free from the friction of today’s systems. Our real-time human simulation models let machines see, hear, respond, and even look real—enabling meaningful, face-to-face conversations. AI Humans combine the emotional intelligence of humans with the reach and reliability of machines, making them capable, trusted agents available 24/7, in every language, on our terms. Imagine a therapist anyone can afford. A personal trainer that adapts to your schedule. A fleet of medical assistants that can give every patient the attention they need. With Tavus, individuals, enterprises, and developers can all build AI Humans to connect, understand, and act with empathy at scale. We’re a Series A company backed by world-class investors including Sequoia Capital, Y Combinator, and Scale Venture Partners. Be part of shaping a future where humans and machines truly understand each other. The Role
We\'re looking for a
RevOps Lead
to design and manage the systems, data, and automation that power both. You’ll report into Growth and work across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your job is to build a clean, scalable GTM foundation — connecting product usage data to sales actions, streamlining funnel handoffs, and reducing manual ops across the board. This is a rare opportunity to own RevOps from the ground up and grow into a Head of RevOps role as Tavus scales. What You’ll Own
CRM & GTM Tooling
Administer and evolve Salesforce, ensuring clean architecture, automation, and reliable attribution
Build and maintain our full GTM stack that is a competitive advantage: HubSpot, Apollo, Koala, Clay, Clearbit, Segment, and more
Connect product usage signals to sales workflows — turning free users into PQLs and PQLs into pipeline
Streamline routing, lead-to-account matching, and handoffs across inbound, outbound, and expansion motions
Data & Reporting
Build dashboards for GTM performance: from signup to closed-won to expansion
Maintain data integrity across systems for accurate forecasting, attribution, and executive reporting
Define and track lifecycle journeys (free → PQL → AE → CSM)
Provide operational support for GTM experiments — pricing, packaging, onboarding, lifecycle nudges
Process & Funnel Optimization
Optimize both self-serve and sales-led funnels — improve conversion rates and reduce rep busywork
Automate pipeline hygiene, lead scoring, enrichment, and follow-up cadences
Partner with Growth on scaling pricing workflows, CPQ systems, and speed-to-lead processes
Refine inbound demo request flows and outbound prospecting triggers
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to align systems and insights
Partner with Finance on revenue reporting, ARR tracking, and quote-to-cash workflows
Document and train GTM teams on best practices, tooling, and process
Ensure the RevOps foundation can scale with both usage-based growth and sales-led expansion
What You Bring
3–5+ years experience in Revenue, Sales, or GTM Ops at a B2B SaaS company — ideally with both PLG + Sales motion exposure
Admin-level Salesforce experience (strong config and automation skills required)
Proven success managing a modern GTM stack (HubSpot, Apollo/Outreach, Koala/6sense, Clearbit, Clay, Segment, etc.)
Data-driven mindset — fluent in funnel metrics, dashboards, and lifecycle tracking
Bias for automation — constantly looking to reduce manual effort and increase throughput
Bonus: SQL, Zapier, n8n, or workflow orchestration experience
Bonus: Experience supporting usage-based pricing or sales-assist models
Why Join Tavus?
Own and scale RevOps at one of the most exciting AI startups in market
Architect a GTM engine that supports both product velocity and sales scale
Work across Growth, Sales, Marketing, and CS — but with clear ownership
Grow into a Head/VP of RevOps track as we scale
Help us turn user signals into revenue machines
