Corporate Tools is looking for a Director of Real Estate to lead and grow our real estate footprint. We have buildings across multiple locations and expect further expansion. We are eager to find someone who has done this type of work in the commercial office space and can take on acquisitions, leasing, vendor relationships, and tenant relationships as part of a broader real estate strategy. You will join a team of talented and driven individuals and will be positioned to provide focused direction and planning for growth. This is a M-F, full-time salaried position with some remote work possible, but will mainly be focused in the Post Falls area. Wage:

$150,000/year 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision for employees Annual review with raise option 22 days Paid Time Off accrued annually, and 4 holidays

After 3 years, PTO increases to 29 days. Employees transition to flexible time off after 5 years with the company—not accrued, not capped, take time off when you want The 4 holidays are: New Year’s Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day

Office vibe is important. You have to be able to maintain a specific feel for our employees. Make it cool for them to come to work. All things real estate for all of our entities and operations. Portfolio management - overseeing acquisition, disposition, and overall management of commercial properties. Develop strategies to maximize returns on real estate investments while mitigating risk. Bridge the gap between what makes sense financially and what makes sense for the business operations. Manage and improve tenant relationships to retain high occupancy. Ensure the real estate team maintains high-quality facilities, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with executives to ensure alignment across the operation. Develop and maintain vendor relationships. Requirements:

Has overseen a portfolio of 25+ commercial buildings. Previous experience leading and developing a real estate team. Demonstrated experience in large-scale real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing negotiations. Ability to understand the financial impacts of a transaction, leasing strategy, and operational decisions. Excellent written and communication skills. Knowing how to stay away from analysis paralysis.
